“Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe you’re navigating relationships, trauma, or just trying to make sense of life’s changes. Whatever brought you here—your story matters.

I’m here to listen without judgment, to understand your unique journey, and to help you build lasting change from the inside out. Together, we can get focus on healing, growth, and the tools you need to move forward with clarity and strength.

Let’s take that first step—Let’s Get Focused!”

About Me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with extensive experience working with children, pre-teens, and adolescents. I specialize in helping young clients navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, peer conflict, and social skills development.

I also work with individuals and couples facing relationship concerns, including communication breakdowns, marital issues, and the effects of ADHD. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Experiential and the Oaklander Model to support lasting emotional and relational growth.
